When Mayhew was asked to adapt the CTV workspace for more people, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. With careful planning, and particular attention to the choice of materials and furniture, Mayhew was able to reach a delicate balance that optimized space utilization, yet still maintained comfort for the employees. Each employee workspace only averaged 100 sq ft; and with added features like lower workstation panels, glass office fronts and doors, and access to natural light, the space felt as open as ever.
