BNN moved to a new space that was approximately half the size of their original location and Mayhew was called upon to drive efficiencies and implement new workspace solutions.
Mayhew worked alongside the set designer, electrical engineers from CTV, and the staff of BNN to develop a space that would meet their broader objectives.
Agressive timelines drove this project and the technical requirements were vast. The purpose was to not only create a functional workspace, but one that was also interesting and unique given it was a live on-air format. The space itself comprised of edit bays, offices, workstations, meeting rooms, green rooms, a makeup/hair room for on-air staff and shooting areas.
With Mayhew’s help, BNN now has a ‘wow’ space that leverages efficiencies between BNN and CP24 and reflects an airy and spacious media hub.
