Bell Media wanted to create an office space that reflected their brand identity in a more progressive fashion. The space was to be fun, engaging, and encourage collaboration. They recognized that wellbeing in the workplace was vital to staff morale and retention.
Mayhew’s mandate was to create an office space that embodied these concepts while demonstrating flexibility in a future-proof workplace with an aggressive 6-month schedule.
By optimizing their footprint in one building over six vacant floors, Bell Media also achieved cost savings while unveiling the reinvention of their brand in this newly designed creative space.
The design incorporated Bell Media products and assets such as outdoor street furniture, transit shelters, and information booths. MDF panels and decals created innovative flooring details. Creating an environment that reflected wellbeing was also achieved through comforting accessories such as yoga balls and beanbag chairs.
