About the project
Our design strategy aimed to create a University campus-like building that combines the philosophies of the Canadian Brand and the Japanese Corporate Branding, providing spaces for work, socialization, training, and collaboration. Natural elements such as stone, wood, vegetation, and natural light were incorporated to align with the “Earth for Life” Corporate philosophy, promoting sustainability. The 3-storey Atrium Space acted as the building’s focal point, with a dedicated area for showcasing product seen from every angle and floorplate.
Mayhew’s design strategy created a welcoming and functional environment that reflects Kubota’s values, incorporating natural elements, brand colors, and product-focused elements for a cohesive and productive space.
