Hub Financial engaged Mayhew Inc. to provide Interior Design consulting services for their 10th floor office space. Their existing offices were not reflective of their company culture, and there were many environmental concerns that needed to be addressed.
The main objectives of the project were to provide a more open concept office space, address growth, departmental adjacencies and allow for more collaborative activities. Offices were outfitted with all new furniture that was determined based on each job task, instead of a one size fits all application. Reduced worksetting sizes allowed for future employee growth to be accounted for and to achieve the open concept feel. The application of playful floor finishes, bold paint colours and feature wall designs resulted in an office space that was exciting, energetic and more reflective of the growing younger employee demographic.
